BANDING TOGETHER IS A MATTER OF UTILITY
I was reading an article about how a group of small retailers in Texas banded together and filed a complaint against their electric company. Apparently, the retailer group had previously negotiated a volume-based electric power agreement with the utility and (shock among shocks) when energy prices rose the electric company "allegedly" violated the agreement.
